The formal documents exist and you can request them anytime. This page is the version a busy person can actually read — and it controls how we behave either way.

Your books are yours

Everything you record in Cenco — journals, invoices, entities, digital-asset lots — belongs to you. You can export it at any time, in full, in standard formats. Leaving must always be possible; that keeps us honest about giving you reasons to stay.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone (for verification), organization details you provide.
Financial records you enter or connect — processed solely to run the product for you.
Operational logs (who did what, when) — that's the audit trail; it's a feature, and it's yours too.

What we never do

Sell your data. To anyone. In any aggregation.
Use your books to train models shared across customers.
Move money or post entries without an authorized person in your organization doing it.

Security posture

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Identity is verified by email and SMS; sessions are opaque and hardened; access inside your organization is governed by roles, down to auditor read-only. The accounting invariants — balanced entries, immutable history — are enforced at the data layer. Details on the security page.

Beta terms, briefly

The beta is free. Founding terms are locked in writing before you ever pay anything.
The product is under active development; we ship carefully but frequently. We tell you what's live and what's roadmap — and we don't bill you for the roadmap.
Either of us can end the arrangement; if you go, you take a full export with you.
